Our long-term client relationship with JSC has led to a need for a Cross Program Process Integrator on the Human Space Flight Technical Integration Contract (HSFTIC) at Johnson Space Center (Houston, TX).

Responsibilities

The Cross Program Process Integrator will:

  • Lead the Meeting Services team across multiple programs, providing strategic guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  •  
    Oversee planning and execution of augmented board processes and engagements, collaborating with stakeholders to align objectives, agendas, and outcomes.
     
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, refine procedures, and leverage technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
     
  • Act as the primary liaison with executive stakeholders, aligning meeting objectives with organizational goals and addressing challenges to maintain satisfaction.
     
  • Monitor team performance, track accomplishments, support annual work plans, address staffing needs, and implement cross-program efficiencies for augmented board operations.
     
     
     

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field and five (5) years of experience in program management or operational leadership roles

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:.

  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and board members.
  • Proven ability to lead teams across multiple programs or functions.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong knowledge of meeting technologies, including virtual platforms and hybrid meeting setups.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, WebEx, SharePoint, Wiki).
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
  • Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP).
  • Experience implementing augmented or virtual board meeting solutions.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

  • Work may involve sitting for extended periods.
  • May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lb.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of test facilities where necessary.
  • Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
  • Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.)
  • Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical.
  • Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.
  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
  • Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
  • This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed.  Working onsite is required.
