Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited Engineering school, plus five (8) years of appropriate work experience
-OR-
- BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited Engineering school, plus ten (10) years of appropriate work experience
-OR-
- BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited Engineering school, plus fifteen (15) years of appropriate work experience
-OR-
- MS Degree in Engineering from an accredited Engineering school in lieu of two (2) years of experience
- Working experience using MagicDraw, or equivalent industry standard MBSE tools, to create and manage systems models
- Ability to provide technical leadership in the application of MBSE principles
- Applied knowledge of product life cycle development, sound systems engineering & integration principles, and strong working knowledge of associated engineering disciplines
- Applied working knowledge of systems engineering practices associated with the definition, design, development, verification, implementation, testing, integration, and validation of complex systems
- Excellent communication skills (in both written and verbal), integration, coordination and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with customers and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Preferred Educaiton/Expereince/Skills:
- Experience requirements management tools, such as DOORS Next Generation (DNG)
- Experience with multiple MBSE software platforms
- Working experience with Human Space Exploration programs (Gateway, ISS, Orion, etc.)
- INCOSE System Engineering Professional Certification
- Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
